1. Definitions

  • “VG Pageants” refers to VG Miss & Mrs India and all pageants/events organized under the brand
  •  “Participant/Contestant” means any individual who applies, registers, or competes in VG Miss & Mrs India or any affiliated event.
  •  “Fees” mean Registration Fees, Training & Grooming Fees, Finale Fees, and any additional charges associated with participation.

2. Privacy Policy

VG Pageants is committed to protecting your personal information.

2.1 Data We Collect

We may collect and store:

  • Personal details (name, age, email, phone, address, ID proof).
  •  Payment and billing information.
  •  Photographs, videos, and content submitted by you.
  •  Usage data (IP address, browser information, device logs).
  •  Any information shared during registration or participation.

2.2 Purpose of Data Collection

Your data is used for:

  • Processing registration, payments, and communication.
  •  Pageant administration, scheduling, updates, and verification.
  •  Improving services and user experience.
  •  Creating promotional content, media, and marketing materials.
  •  Legal, safety, and compliance requirements.

2.3 Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with:

  • Payment gateways, technical partners, event vendors, trainers, and authorized staff.
  •  Legal authorities when required by law.
  •  Media partners for promotions related to the pageant.

We do not sell or trade your personal information.

2.4 Media Consent

By participating, you grant VG Pageants full, perpetual, worldwide rights to use your photographs, videos, interviews, and related media for:

  •  Promotion

  •  Press releases
  •  Internal and external marketing

This consent is irrevocable and without expectation of compensation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Strict No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to VG Pageants / VG Miss & Mrs India are:

  • Non-refundable
  •  Non-transferable
  • Non-adjustable

under any circumstances, in whole or in part.

This includes:

  • Registration Fees
  •  Training & Grooming Fees
  •  Grand Finale Fees
  •  Any service or program fee associated with participatio

No refunds will be issued for personal reasons, withdrawal, change of mind, medical issues, travel issues, or any circumstance beyond our control.

3.2 Pageant Cancellation, Postponement or Rescheduling

VG Pageants reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, merge, or cancel any event/pageant due to:

  • Operational reasons
  •  Venue issues
  •  Legal requirements
  •  Government orders
  •  Natural calamities
  •  Situations beyond control

In such cases:

  • NO refunds will be provided.
  •  You will remain eligible to participate in:
  •  the rescheduled pageant OR
  •  any future season/pageant organized by VG Pageants (at no extra registration cost).

No financial claim or compensation can be made against VG.

3.3 Mandatory Fees

Once qualified for the Finale, paying the Grand Finale Training & Grooming Fee is compulsory to participate. Non-payment leads to automatic disqualification without refund.

4. Participant Terms & Conditions

Adapted from the legal structure of Mrs India Enterprises.

4.1 Eligibility

  • Must meet the criteria of Miss, Mrs, or Classic category.
  •  All information provided must be true and verifiable.

Participants must:

  • Maintain respectful, professional behavior.
  •  Follow all instructions, schedules, grooming guidelines, and rules.
  •  Refrain from misconduct, bullying, defamation, or substance use.
  •  Follow social media guidelines and avoid negative posts about the organization.

Violation may result in immediate disqualification.

4.3 Attendance

All grooming sessions, rehearsals, fittings, shoots, and finale activities are mandatory unless excused by VG in writing.

4.4 Wardrobe Responsibility

Participants must arrange required outfits as per guidelines. All attire must follow decency and pageant standards.

4.5 Disqualification

VG Pageants may disqualify a participant for:

  • Misconduct or unprofessional behavior
  •  False information 
  •  Non-payment of fees 
  •  Absence from mandatory sessions
  •  Breach of contract 
  •  Violating social media or confidentiality rules

Disqualification will not entitle the participant to any refund.

4.6 Titles, Crown & Duties

  • Titles, tiaras, crowns, and sashes are property of VG Pageants.
  •  Winners must participate in required appearances, events, promotions, photoshoots, and media activities.
  •  VG may revoke titles for misconduct or breach of duties.

4.7 Titles, Crown & Duties

VG Pageants is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings 
  •  Travel delays 
  •  Health issues 
  •  Injuries 
  •  Losses due to third-party vendors 
  •  Any indirect or consequential damages

Participants join at their own risk.

4.8 Governing Law

All terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi..

5. Final Declaration

By registering and/or participating in VG Miss & Mrs India, the participant confirms that:

  • They have read and understood the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and T&C.
  •  They agree to be legally bound by all rules.
  •  They accept all decisions made by VG Pageants as final and binding.
  •  They consent to the use of their data and media by the organization.
