VG Miss & Mrs India – Official Rules, Policies & Terms

Welcome to VG Pageants (VG Miss & Mrs India, Empress, Global Icon). By registering or participating, you agree to the following rules, policies, and terms. 1. Eligibility

  • Open to Indian citizens and NRIs.
  •  Miss: Unmarried, not engaged, never married.
  •  Mrs: Legally married.
  •  Classic: Age 40+ (categories as announced).
  •  Valid ID proof required.

2. Registration

  • All information submitted must be accurate and truthful.
  •  Registration fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  •  Submission of photos, ID, and documents is mandatory.

3. Grooming, Training & Finale Participation

  • Attendance in all grooming sessions, rehearsals, fittings, shoots, and finale events is mandatory.
  •  Any absence must be pre-informed with a valid reason.
  •  Finale Training & Grooming Fee must be paid once qualified.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour towards co-contestants, trainers, and staff is compulsory.
  •  Misconduct, bullying, arguments, defamation, or disruptive behaviour leads to disqualification.
  •  Alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances are not allowed during pageant activities.
  •  Contestants must maintain dignity and pageant decorum online and offline.

5. Wardrobe Guidelines

  • Participants must arrange outfits as per the official outfit list.
  •  Dresses must be decent, elegant, and pageant-appropriate.
  •  No offensive or culturally insensitive attire.
  •  Special-round costumes may require pre-approval.

6. Judging

Judgment is based on:

  • Confidence & stage presence
  •  Communication skills
  •  Grooming & overall personality
  •  Discipline & professionalism
  •  Catwalk, poise & elegance
  •  Vision, leadership & advocacy

Judges’ decisions are final and binding.

7. Social Media Policy

  • Maintain a positive and respectful online presence.
  •  No negative posts, defamation, or spreading misinformation.
  •  Follow official tags/hashtags for promotional posts.

8. Media & Photography Rights

By participating, you grant VG Pageants full rights to use:

  • Photos
  •  Videos
  •  Interviews
  •  Event footage

for marketing, promotions, advertising, and publicity without compensation.

9. Health & Safety

  • Disclose any medical conditions in advance.
  •  Provide emergency contact details.
  •  Report injuries or health concerns immediately.

10. Disqualification

May occur for:

  • Misconduct or violation of rules
  •  False information in registration
  •  Missing mandatory activities
  •  Substance abuse
  •  Misuse of title
  •  Breaking confidentiality
  •  Negative behaviour online or offline

No refund applies if disqualified.

11. Titles, Crown & Responsibilities

  • Winners must fulfil appearance duties, shoots, and responsibilities assigned.
  •  Crown and sash remained the property of VG Pageants during the reign.
  •  Titles may be withdrawn for misconduct or breach of responsibility.

12. Refund Policy

All fees paid are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable, including:

  • Registration fees
  •  Training & Grooming fees
  •  Grand Finale fees
  •  Any additional program or service fees

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Withdrawal
  •  Medical reasons
  •  Travel issues
  •  Visa/passport issues
  •  Personal reasons
  •  Disqualification
  •  Any circumstances beyond control

Event Postponement / Rescheduling

If VG Pageants postpones, cancels, or reschedules any event or season:

  • No refunds will be provided.
  •  You remain eligible to participate on the new dates or in any future season organized by VG Pageants at no extra registration fee.

13. Liability Disclaimer

VG Pageants is not responsible for:

  • Personal items / belongings
  •  Injuries or accidents
  •  Travel delays
  •  Accommodation issues
  •  Third-party service failures

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

14. Policy Updates

VG Pageants may update rules or policies without prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of all updates.

15. Acceptance

By registering and participating, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood the rules, terms, and refund policy
  •  Agree to comply fully
  •  Accept that all decisions by VG Pageants are final
  •  Grant media and promotional rights
  •  Participate voluntarily
